AI Brand Visibility Report

Your customers are asking AI. What is it telling them?

Ask ChatGPT or Gemini who to hire in your category and a handful of companies get named. We measure whether you're one of them, and what AI says about you when you are.

Twenty questions your buyers actually ask.

We write twenty buying questions for your category. Ten from people still weighing options, ten from people ready to hire. No brand name appears in any question. So when a company shows up in an answer, it got there on its own, not because we asked about it.

20Unbranded buyer questions, written for your category and area
4AI models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
2Modes each: from memory, and with live web search
140Answers, every one kept and shown in full

Every number is counted in code.

This is where most AI-visibility tools go wrong. We never ask a language model how visible you are. Models can't count reliably, and a model that scores its own answers is grading its own homework.

  1. 01The models answer. Code counts.A program reads the raw text of every answer, handles the bold, links and tables AI writes in, and reports every mention it finds. No model is ever asked to produce a number.
  2. 02Every answer is in the report, word for word. All 140 appear in an appendix, with the model that said it, whether it searched the web, and whether your name appears. You can check every claim we make.
  3. 03The models are named.Exact versions, listed. You see how each one did, not a blended figure you have to take on faith.

What lands in your inbox. Not a dashboard login. Files you own, that your team or ours can act on.

AI Brand Visibility Report

How often AI names you, where you sit against the competitors it actually names, whether what it says about you is accurate, and how you place on researching questions versus ready-to-buy questions. Plus the technical checks on whether AI can read your site at all.

Implementation Roadmap

What to fix, in order, with the reasoning attached. Written so you can hand it to whoever runs your website without translating it first.

Ready to publish

AI-readiness kit

An AI information page, an EntityMap and an llms.txt, built from your own facts. These are the files that tell AI systems who you are in their own format. Drafted and ready to upload.

What this is not.Worth saying plainly, because plenty of people in this space won't.

  • It's not a ranking guarantee.Nobody can promise placement in an AI answer. Anyone who does is guessing.
  • It's a measurement at a point in time.Answers shift between runs and change as models are retrained. That's why you get the raw answers and the date, not one confident number.
  • The readiness files aren't a ranking lever. An llms.txt and an EntityMap are source material you publish about yourself. They decide whether AI leaves your site with your version of the facts or its own guess. That's all, and it matters.
  • It's a diagnosis, not the work. The report tells you what's wrong and what to do. Doing it is your team's job, or a separate conversation with us.

Questions, answered straight.

What do you need from me?
Your website, your business name, what you do, and the area you serve. That's it. We gather everything else ourselves.
How long does it take?
Within one business day. The measurement takes minutes. The rest is us reading it before it reaches you. A person reviews every report before delivery.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. The report is in plain language, and the roadmap is ordered so you can start at the top. The technical fixes are spelled out fully enough to hand to your web person as is.
What if AI already recommends me?
Then you'll know, with the answers in front of you. The report still shows where you're weakest, because almost nobody shows up in all twenty. Visibility is only half of it. The other half is whether what AI says about you is true, and that's scored separately.
Can I run it again later?
Yes, and it's worth doing quarterly, because this moves. Re-runs use the same question set for your category, so the comparison means something.
Is this SEO?
Related, but not the same. SEO is about where you rank on a results page. This is about whether you get named inside an answer, where there's no page of ten links to be tenth on. Some of the work overlaps. The measurement doesn't.
